Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill public records requests per CPRA regulations
- Maintain accurate digital and physical document archives
- Communicate professionally with public officials and citizens
- Coordinate with legal team for sensitive document redactions
- Track request metrics using county databases
- Assist in developing records retention policies
- Train staff on document management protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 2+ years records management experience
- Proficiency in document management systems
- Knowledge of CPRA regulations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Basic database experience (MS Access or similar)
