Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power tools) under supervision
- Assist in asphalt repair, sidewalk maintenance, and landscaping projects
- Adhere to strict safety standards and OSHA compliance protocols
- Support storm drain cleaning, vegetation removal, and debris collection
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
- Pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Ability to follow verbal/written instructions precisely
- Previous landscaping or construction experience preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and emergencies
