Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including road repairs, sidewalk maintenance, and park facility upkeep
- Operate light machinery (e.g., dump trucks, graders, and snow removal equipment) safely and efficiently
- Assist in stormwater management and drainage system inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on construction and renovation projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Document work progress and maintain equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of relevant construction/maintenance experience
- Valid Minnesota Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with GIS mapping or asset management software a plus
