Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and landscaping for public infrastructure projects
- Operate light equipment like jackhammers, saws, and pressure washers under supervision
- Assist in road maintenance, sidewalk repairs, and park facility upkeep
- Collect and dispose of construction debris and hazardous materials safely
- Conduct routine inspections of public areas to identify maintenance needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and equipment storage areas
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for construction environments
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and construction methods
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments
