Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and landscape maintenance
- Operate hand/power tools safely (e.g., shovels, saws, compactors)
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk installation, and storm drain maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Support emergency response teams during weather-related incidents
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform sustained physical activity
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Preferred: 6 months construction/maintenance experience
- Must be available for weekend/evening shifts as needed
