Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, debris removal, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, saws, power washers) under supervision
- Assist in repairing roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Maintain job site safety standards and cleanliness protocols
- Collaborate with crew leads to execute project timelines efficiently
- Document work progress and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Availability to work weekends and early morning shifts
