Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, paving, and landscape maintenance
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, pressure washers) safely
- Assist in storm drain cleaning and street repair projects
- Maintain cleanliness of public facilities and work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Report maintenance issues to supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or maintenance preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
