Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and public facilities
- Operate heavy machinery including dump trucks, excavators, and graders
- Assist in stormwater drainage system inspections and repairs
- Conduct infrastructure surveys using digital tools with remote reporting capabilities
- Coordinate with field teams via virtual platforms for project planning
- Maintain accurate digital logs of work activities and materials
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards during all on-site operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Florida Class B CDL license
- Minimum 2 years construction/public works experience
- Proficient in digital reporting tools (e.g., Field Service apps)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
- Strong time management for hybrid on-site/remote work
