Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on roads, sidewalks, and drainage systems
- Operate light machinery (e.g., sweepers, dump trucks) safely
- Assist in park beautification and green space maintenance
- Support stormwater management and flood control initiatives
- Collaborate with crew members on public infrastructure projects
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Document work activities and equipment usage
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Experience with basic hand/power tools
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Reliable transportation to various job sites
