- Process public record requests following Indiana Access to Public Records Act (APRA) guidelines
- Organize and archive documents with meticulous attention to retention schedules
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure record-keeping best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service to government agencies and citizens
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year records management or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Valid Indiana driver's license (if occasional offsite duties required)
