Responsibilities
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of county documents and records.
- Perform accurate data entry and update of databases using standard office software.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and internal staff regarding records availability and procedures.
- Verify and process incoming mail, ensuring timely distribution to the correct departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in records management, clerical work, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
