Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, verification, and analysis of statistical data related to state health initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to senior government officials, including scheduling, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Manage incoming public inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role within a government or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse populations.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
