Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens and state employees visiting the central office.
- Assist in the intake, review, and filing of government documents and applications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in departmental databases and filing systems.
- Conduct research and gather information to support administrative functions and public inquiries.
- Support special projects and event coordination for state agency outreach initiatives.
- Operate office equipment, including scanners, printers, and multi-line telephones.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
