Responsibilities
- Screen passengers and carry-on baggage using advanced X-ray and detection equipment
- Conduct thorough physical searches and pat-downs as required by security protocols
- Verify travel documents and boarding passes against passenger identities
- Operate metal detectors, trace detection systems, and explosive detection equipment
- Respond to security alerts and suspicious items with calm professionalism
- Enforce TSA regulations while providing courteous customer service to travelers
- Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
- Pass TSA background check and security clearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull heavy baggage
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
