Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend health screenings and immunization clinics across Tarrant County
- Manage client data entry and maintain confidential health records in state databases
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) health education and resource referrals to community members
- Support contact tracing and disease surveillance activities during weekend shifts
- Assist with public health outreach events at community centers and mobile clinics
- Collaborate with healthcare providers on weekend health emergency protocols
- Prepare weekly shift reports and submit accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in Public Health preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or social services environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts
- Basic proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
