Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pension administration or benefits management
- Proficiency with pension administration software (e.g., Millennium, Benefitfocus)
- Strong understanding of ERISA, IRS 401(a) regulations, and Louisiana pension laws
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or similar designation preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive data with strict confidentiality protocols
