- Develop and implement plan improvements aligned with legislative changes
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or retirement plan experience
- Knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, and state pension laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in pension software (e.g., Millennium, VCP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Government/public sector experience preferred
