Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and OPM regulations
- Process daily payroll transactions for pension accounts
- Conduct plan audits and financial reporting
- Advise federal employees on retirement planning options
- Maintain accurate participant records and documentation
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension plan administration experience
- Knowledge of federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
- ERISA and IRS compliance certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with payroll systems and daily reconciliation
- Ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality
