- Ensure compliance with Illinois Pension Code and federal regulations
- Generate detailed benefit calculations and retirement projections
- Maintain accurate pension records using state-specific databases
- Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports for regulatory review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Public Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or benefits experience
- Deep knowledge of retirement plans and Illinois pension regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and pension management software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Professional certification (e.g., CEBS, QKA) preferred
