Responsibilities
- Manage and process federal pension plan contributions and distributions
- Ensure compliance with ERISA and federal pension regulations
- Conduct complex benefit calculations for retirement-eligible employees

- Respond to participant inquiries with precise financial guidance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3+ years of pension administration or federal benefits experience
- Familiarity with federal retirement systems (FERS, CSRS)
