Responsibilities
- Provide accurate guidance to federal employees on TSP contribution strategies, investment options, and withdrawal procedures
- Process and maintain retirement account records with meticulous attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Develop educational materials and workshops on retirement planning fundamentals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex pension inquiries and policy exceptions
- Monitor TSP performance metrics and report trends to leadership

Qualifications
