Responsibilities
- Administer pension disbursements and retirement eligibility verifications
- Process complex retirement applications under state/federal regulations
- Conduct benefit counseling sessions for pre-retirees
- Maintain compliance with ERISA, IRS, and Texas state pension codes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Public Administration
- 3+ years pension/benefits administration experience
- Professional certification (CEBS, QPA, or SPHR preferred)
