Responsibilities
- Process and manage federal pension claims with 99.8% accuracy
- Conduct overnight audits of pension disbursement systems
- Respond to urgent veteran inquiries during night shift hours
- Maintain strict compliance with federal pension regulations (ERISA, TSP)
- Collaborate with daytime teams for seamless service continuity
- Utilize SAP HR systems for pension data management
- Prepare monthly pension reconciliation reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal pension administration experience
- GS-12 level status or equivalent federal pay grade
- Expert knowledge of TSP and FERS pension systems
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in SAP HR and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- VA or federal government experience preferred
