Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls with speed and accuracy during high-stress scenarios
- Coordinate police, fire, and EMS responses using CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed incident documentation and radio protocols
- Provide critical information to field units during emergencies
- Operate multi-line telephone systems and emergency alert platforms
- Train on crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with cross-agency response teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient in typing (35+ WPM) and computer literacy
- Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills
- Must be 21+ years old and a US citizen
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/holidays
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- No felony convictions
