Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with exceptional accuracy and compassion
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and radio equipment
- Coordinate resources between police, fire, and medical responders
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident documentation
- Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support during critical incidents
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous training to master emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and polygraph examination
- Proficient in typing with minimum 40 WPM accuracy
