- Utilize crisis intervention techniques during high-stress situations
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and departmental procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License
- Ability to pass extensive background check and polygraph examination
- Clear speaking voice with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM preferred)
- No felony convictions and clean driving record
