Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls using CAD/RMS systems
- Dispatch police units and coordinate with EMS/Fire services
- Maintain detailed logs and incident documentation
- Operate multi-channel radio systems during high-stress situations
- Provide critical information to officers in the field
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and typing (35+ WPM)
- Clear communication skills and calm demeanor
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or legal resident status
- No felony convictions
