Responsibilities
- Process emergency calls and dispatch police units with precision
- Operate CAD/RMS systems and maintain accurate incident logs
- Provide life-saving instructions via emergency medical protocols

- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Monitor radio communications and maintain situational awareness
- Complete all certification requirements within probationary period
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Pass criminal background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to multitask in high-stress environments
- Fluency in English (Spanish fluency highly desirable)
- No prior felony convictions
- Completion of EMT certification within 6 months
