Responsibilities
- Process emergency/non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Operate radio systems to coordinate police/fire/EMS responses
- Enter/update critical data in CAD/RMS systems
- Maintain detailed call logs and incident reports
- Implement departmental policies during emergency situations
- Train on multi-agency communication protocols
- Perform post-call quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- U.S. citizenship and valid Texas driver's license
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Strong multi-tasking and conflict resolution skills
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS)
