Responsibilities
- Process emergency and non-emergency calls with precision and composure
- Operate CAD systems and radio equipment for seamless communication
- Dispatch appropriate units to incidents using established protocols
- Maintain accurate incident logs and documentation
- Coordinate with multiple agencies during critical situations
- Provide crisis intervention and caller guidance when needed
- Complete all required training modules and certification exams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
