Responsibilities
- Answer and triage emergency/non-emergency calls with precision and empathy
- Operate Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and radio systems
- Coordinate field units during critical incidents
- Input and maintain accurate incident reports
- Multi-task between calls, radio traffic, and data entry
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and protocol standards
- Participate in ongoing scenario-based training drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US citizenship and valid AZ driver's license
- Pass background check, polygraph, and drug screen
- Ability to type 40+ WPM (test required)
- Exceptional communication and listening skills
- Calm demeanor under high-pressure situations
- Basic computer proficiency
- No felony convictions
