Responsibilities
- Process 911 calls and dispatch police units with precision
- Maintain accurate radio communications during emergencies
- Enter and update critical information in CAD/RMS systems
- Coordinate multi-agency responses for major incidents
- Provide crisis intervention and caller guidance
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols
- Participate in continuous training and drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- US citizenship and valid Oregon driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and polygraph examination
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Clear communication skills under pressure
- Basic computer proficiency

- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
