Responsibilities
- Analyze state legislation and regulatory impacts
- Develop policy briefs for executive leadership
- Coordinate interdepartmental task forces
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research
- Present findings to legislative committees
- Manage grant compliance documentation
- Monitor federal policy changes affecting Indiana
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field
- 3+ years government policy experience
- Advanced statistical analysis proficiency
- Strong legislative research skills
- Indiana residency required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance
