Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver mail to residential and business customers along assigned routes in a timely manner.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for certified and registered mail.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including vehicles and sorting facilities.
- Interact professionally and courteously with the public to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and operational procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status is required.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid state driver's license (depending on specific role assignment).
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
- Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and reliability.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
