Responsibilities
- Sort and process mail and packages efficiently according to established procedures.
- Deliver mail to residential and business customers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate mail processing equipment such as canceling machines, letter sorting machines, and parcel sorting systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries regarding mail status and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for yourself and your team.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure security.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have legal right to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License (required for delivery roles).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and interpret data.
