Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews and determine eligibility for public assistance programs.
- Process applications for benefits such as SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF.
- Assist clients in understanding and navigating government regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential case files in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Collaborate with community organizations to improve client outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in social services, customer service, or case management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
