Responsibilities
- Process SNAP and Medicaid applications with 99% accuracy
- Conduct eligibility interviews via phone and in-person
- Maintain confidential client records in state systems
- Resolve benefit inquiries within 24-hour turnaround
- Coordinate with community partners for outreach programs
- Generate monthly performance reports for management
- Train new hires on department protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or case management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Spanish bilingual certification (highly desirable)
- Experience with public benefit systems preferred
- Strong conflict resolution skills
