Responsibilities
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and disaster response operations across Harris County
- Oversee immunization program implementation and community outreach initiatives
- Analyze public health data to develop evidence-based intervention strategies
- Manage cross-agency partnerships with local healthcare providers and nonprofits
- Lead crisis communication during public health emergencies

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years public health administration experience
- Active Texas Public Health Administrator certification
- Proven crisis management and emergency response leadership
- Advanced data analysis skills (SPSS, SAS, or R)
