Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health programs aligned with city and state regulations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and recommend interventions
- Collaborate with community organizations on health education initiatives
- Manage grant applications and ensure compliance with funding requirements
- Prepare detailed reports for city council and public health committees
- Supervise program staff and coordinate inter-departmental projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health administration
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
- Strong data analysis and statistical reporting skills
- Experience with grant management and budget oversight
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA and California public health regulations
- Valid California driver's license
