Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health programs targeting chronic disease prevention and health equity
- Oversee epidemiological surveillance and outbreak response protocols
- Manage grant applications and compliance for federal/state health initiatives
- Coordinate community health partnerships with local hospitals and non-profits
- Analyze health data trends to inform policy recommendations
- Lead emergency preparedness initiatives including pandemic response planning
- Supervise health education outreach and vaccination campaigns
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program management
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS)
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and budget management
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and public health regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
