Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data and health trends to identify community needs and priorities
- Develop and evaluate public health programs targeting disease prevention and health equity
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and policy makers
- Coordinate with government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local public health regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives and health education campaigns
- Monitor program performance and recommend evidence-based improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in public health analysis or program evaluation
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R) and GIS mapping
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Experience with community engagement and stakeholder collaboration
- Valid Indiana driver's license and reliable transportation
