Responsibilities
- Develop and execute public health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and prioritize interventions
- Coordinate cross-sector partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations
- Design and deliver health education materials and workshops for diverse audiences
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes and health metrics
- Lead emergency preparedness initiatives for public health threats
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Demonstrated experience with community outreach strategies
- Knowledge of Arizona public health regulations and resources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license
