Responsibilities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify disease trends and inform public health interventions
- Develop and implement community health assessment reports and strategic plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design evidence-based health programs
- Manage grants and ensure compliance with federal/state health regulations
- Present findings to stakeholders and policymakers using data visualization tools
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote health equity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of public health analysis experience in government or healthcare
- Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R) and data visualization tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA, CDC guidelines, and California public health codes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or eligible for certification
