Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public health intervention programs targeting vulnerable populations
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Coordinate with local health departments and community organizations for outreach
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for state officials
- Manage grant-funded projects and ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Conduct health education workshops and public awareness campaigns
- Monitor program effectiveness using KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation
- Valid Ohio Public Health Registration (PHR) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, or R)
- Strong grant writing and budget management experience
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of HIPAA and CDC guidelines
- Valid Ohio driver's license
