Responsibilities
- Analyze complex epidemiological data to identify public health trends and emerging threats
- Develop and implement community health assessment reports for underserved populations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design targeted intervention programs
- Secure and manage federal/state grant funding for public health initiatives
- Present findings to policymakers, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders
- Monitor compliance with public health regulations and reporting requirements
- Lead community outreach initiatives to promote health equity and access
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health data analysis or program evaluation
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Demonstrated experience with grant writing and federal compliance (e.g., CDC, HRSA)
- Knowledge of California public health regulations and Title VI requirements
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Valid California driver's license and ability to travel to community sites
