Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health datasets to identify emerging trends and inform strategic interventions
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for local and state health initiatives
- Coordinate multi-agency responses to public health emergencies and outbreaks
- Lead community engagement programs to promote health equity and access
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and train public health workforce on data interpretation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in public health data analysis or policy development
- Proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent credential
- Demonstrated experience with grant management and federal reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with bilingual capability preferred
- Knowledge of Texas public health systems and Title X/XXV regulations
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
