Responsibilities
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for public health crises
- Coordinate multi-agency disaster response initiatives with FEMA and local partners
- Analyze epidemiological data to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead community vaccination and testing surge operations
- Train public health professionals on crisis communication protocols
- Manage federal grant compliance for emergency preparedness programs
- Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance future response strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or Emergency Management (required)
- 3+ years crisis response experience in government or healthcare
- FEMA Professional Development Program certification
- Advanced data analysis skills with Tableau/Power BI
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Experience with NIMS/ICS frameworks
- Strong crisis communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work 24/7 during emergency activations
