Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Nebraska Food Safety Manager certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and FDA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret complex regulatory documents
- Proficiency in data management systems (e.g., GIS, RMS)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
