Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 5+ years experience in public health program management
- Proven expertise in emergency preparedness and response
- Strong data analysis and policy development skills
- Experience with government grant management and compliance
- CA Public Health certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Excellent written/verbal communication and bilingual skills (Spanish/Chinese)
