Responsibilities
- Design and implement community health education programs targeting underserved populations
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response initiatives during public health crises
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify emerging health trends and risks
- Manage grant-funded projects ensuring compliance with federal/state regulations
- Led cross-functional teams including healthcare providers and community stakeholders
- Develop culturally appropriate health literacy materials in English and Spanish
- Monitor program outcomes and prepare comprehensive impact reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field required (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in public health program implementation
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or Emergency Management
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, Tableau)
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills mandatory
- Experience managing federal grant-funded projects
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for community events
